Employee help needed for "ideal" culture survey

From ITD Employee Champion Robin O'Neill:

First of all, I wanted to thank you for what you've already done in regard to the culture survey. About 85% of you participated in the first part, last week. I am asking you today to engage one more time and fill out the latest survey, where you identify the ideal workplace. Your participation allows us to easily capture where you want the agency to focus its efforts! Your opinion will help us shape the ITD workforce and workplace of tomorrow.

It is just a short, 15-minute survey.

At this point, everyone should have received emails from Human Synergistics with the link to the survey.

I really appreciate the help – we're working to make ITD a better place to work, but I need your unique insights to make that happen.
