Innovation page for new employees meant to kick-start
idea generation

A short primer on the innovation process has been added to the SharePoint site for new employees in order to engage our newest members in the idea-generation-and-submission process that drives Innovate ITD.

David Coladner and Reed Hollinshead of the innovation team collaborated on the document.

The info includes a summary of Innovate ITD, the background from which the effort began in 2014, why we innovate, and how employees can get involved with the help of the innovation stewards in each district and division.

The thought behind this to involve ITD's new employees from day one, rather than making them wait until they are months or years into their ITD careers before introducing them to the innovation effort.
