Policy Updates

Changes were made to two public transportation policies at the recent Idaho Transportation Board meeting in District 6. The change is outlined below. Future policy changes, affecting ITD and it's employees, will also be discussed in the Transporter.

Board Policy 4039, Public Transportation Advisory Council, was revised to address the Council’s membership. A reference to in-person attendance was added and the policy established a process to elect a chair.

Minor changes were made to Administrative Policy 5038, Public Transportation Program. Legal authority was updated and outdated language regarding the Public Transportation Office within the Department’s organizational structure was removed.
