Director Ness credits NTLI with shaping his leadership path

Almost two decades ago, ITD Director Brian Ness spent two weeks at the National Transportation Leadership Institute in Indianapolis. He credits that experience with helping shape the leader he is today. Now he's on the other end of the spectrum, talking to young up-and-coming leaders about the journey in front of them.
