Revis, Schroeder earn
COMPASS Leadership awards

Two Idaho Transportation Department engineers were honored by the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) during its annual Leadership in Motion awards.

District 3 Engineer Amy Revis and GARVEE Program Manager Amy Schroeder were recognized with a “Leadership in Practice, Professional” nod by the metropolitan planning organization. According to COMPASS, the awards recognize businesses, individuals and projects that demonstrate leadership in supporting the Treasure Valley’s regional long-range plan, Communities in Motion 2040.

The honor is particularly poignant, as the committee that selects winners is comprised of peers and fellow COMPASS members. It is also an exceptionally competitive category that receives multiple submissions every year.

Both ladies were nominated for the award by their peers for their outstanding accomplishments and contributions. To view their nomination summaries, see the Revis and Schroeder pages.
