Kirkham, Holyoak assume roles
as new Project Management Liaisons

Kerby Kirkham and Jared Holyoak have recently ascended to new Project Management Liaison positions within ITD. Kirkham will be the liaison for Districts 1 & 2, while Holyoak will take that role for District 3 and the Bridge section.

The Program Management Office Liaison for Districts 4-6 will be advertised soon.

These positions will report to ITIP Program Manager Randy Gill at Headquarters.

"Their main focus will be on improving project and program delivery by collaborating seamlessly statewide, identifying and implementing best practices statewide and leveraging the best technologies statewide," Gill said.

Kirkham has been with ITD for almost five years, starting in Boise, and is currently a staff engineer in design/construction for District 2.

Holyoak started with the department in 2001 as a Transportation Staff Engineering Assistant in District 3 construction. During his career, he has had two stints with the GARVEE program, and headed up the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP).
