Public Transportation announces 'coaches' Randy Kyrias, administrator of ITD’s Public Transportation Division, this week announced the selection of the first team of “coaches” for the new District Coordination Council. The council is part of Idaho’s Mobility Access Pathway (IMAP) that governs the future of public transportation. Coaches will serve as a point of contact on issues related to the Local Mobility Management (LMM) Network and District Mobility Management (DMM) Network mobility planning and coordination effort, Kyrias explains.
