WYE We Celebrate...

A crowd of more than 125 turned out June 11 to celebrate a major milestone in the WYE Stage 2 journey – completion of the Cole-Overland exit ramp and the return of normal traffic flow on Interstate 84. Congressman C.L. "Butch" Otter (bottom left) and Idaho Lt. Gov. Jim Risch (bottom right) emphasized the importance of partnerships in achieving such success.
