meets Ivy League ITDs Driver Services Manager Ed Pemble is back in school. But not just any school, mind you hes at Harvard. Pemble is attending Harvard Universitys John F. Kennedy School of Government for Senior Executives in State and Local Government. His participation in the three-week program is provided through a fellowship award from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). The national organization of motor vehicles professionals selects two individuals each year to receive the honor. The learning environment at the JFK School of Government goes far beyond my expectations, Pemble says. I am grateful to the department for allowing me to accept this rare opportunity made possible by the AAMVA community. More than ever, government officials are under pressure to tackle increasingly complex issues with fewer resources, under a great degree of scrutiny, all in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
