to request architectural packages
ITD Employees:
We are excited to announce an upcoming training opportunity on enterprise architecture. Information about the training and a group of upcoming promotional positions for Enterprise Architects and Enterprise Architects-in-Training is available at http://intranet/ITTransition/EAInfo/EAImain.htm . The information is available for ITD employees to learn more about enterprise architecture, decide if they are interested in the positions, and determine if they qualify for either the training and/or the positions.
The information includes:

A Training Flyer: this will tell you how to get training here at ITD if you do not have all the minimum qualifications, and provide the application process for the training

Enterprise Architect and Architect-in-Training class specifications and minimum qualifications for the positions

Draft outline of the training course, describing briefly what will be covered
-
Information resources to explain more about enterprise architecture, and give insight to an individual's aptitude for the job
These positions will be managed by the Architecture Group Manager, a position that is currently open for promotional recruitment right now. It is the hope of the IT Leadership Team that the Architecture Office will be open by January 1, 2005. Yes, this is an immediate opportunity!
