noon in the District 3 conference room on Chinden Boulevard.

Mail
soon for holiday delivery
Rain, sleet and
snow might not interfere with mail delivery, but deadlines can. Anyone
wanting to send holiday greetings for arrival this year should note
recommended mailing dates. The U.S. Postal Service recommends sending
all parcel post mail to military personnel by Nov. 13. "Space Available
Mail" should be sent by Nov. 27, Parcel Airlift Mail by Dec. 4,
Priority Mail by Dec. 11 and First-class mail (letters and cards) by
Dec. 11 (except for APO/FPO zip codes beginning with 093, which should
be sent about a week earlier.
Generally, international mail should
be sent the first two weeks of December. Global Express Guaranteed mail
can be sent as late as Dec. 20.
