Lewis & Clark: The Idaho Adventure continues

The 12th annual spring challenge began this week, but it is not too late to sign up, according to Pauline Davis, one of the fitness event organizers.

ITD employees have until the end of the day today (Friday, April 22), to register and make their incentive choices. The 10-week event challenges participants to improve their health by exercising and logging an average of at least three hours of activity per week.

This year's challenge celebrates the 200th Anniversary of the Lewis & Clark Corps of Discovery travel through Idaho in 1804-06. As participants in the fitness campaign log their activities, they will learn the 1805 history of the Corps of Discovery.

Employees can earn great incentives with a special Lewis & Clark design if they reach the 30-hour exercise goal by June 25. (See incentive samples.) Any ITD employee who wants to register or has questions about the activity should contact his/her wellness coordinator or call Davis at Headquarters in Boise, 334-8481.
