Open enrollment for medical,
flexible spending accounts runs May 9-25

All documents due at Controller's Office by 5 p.m., May 25;
plan accordingly

ITD employees must re-enroll for the Flexible Spending Account Program for the new plan year. Please read the open enrollment brochure, posted on the state insurance office’s Web site, for valuable information. The open enrollment brochure is available at: http://www2.state.id.us/adm/insurance/grp/Active/active_employees.htm

All employees who need to participate in medical open enrollment are encouraged to use the new on-line application that will be available Monday (May 9) through the state Controller’s Office: https://www.sco.state.id.us/defaultweb.nsf/mainframeset.htm

Employees who asked that their password be reset should notice those changes on Monday.

It is extremely important that all open enrollment applications be submitted on time. Since all documents must reach the Office of Insurance Management by close of business on May 25, it is imperative that ITD’s Human Resources Office or the appropriate district business office receive all of the completed forms early to ensure that they are processed in time.

No late forms will be accepted.
