Helpful and pleasant
…I wanted to pass on a nice word about the Transportation Department:

I found myself in need of obtaining copies of records for a car I previously owned, and didn't have any idea where to even start. I called a number I found on the Internet and reached a very pleasant and helpful person...it wasn't the right person, but she did transfer me to the appropriate person, Trina Posluskny.

Trina was extremely helpful and pleasant. [She] returned both of my two voice messages promptly.

From both my years in the governor's office and here in DFM (Division of Financial Management) I have heard people comment that state employees act disgruntled and aren't helpful, etc.

I just wanted to pass on my experience with Trina because I found her so helpful and accommodating, and at no point did I ever disclose my affiliation with the governor's office.

f you have the opportunity to share that with one of her supervisors, I would appreciate it.
