Bicycle ride planned in Southwestern Idaho

The inaugural Ride Idaho event will bring up to 500 bicyclists to Southwest Idaho from August 14-20. The route will start and end in Boise with overnight stops in Payette, Cambridge, McCall, Cascade, Garden Valley and Idaho City.

This event is designed to be a non-competitive, supported ride that will feature a new, diverse and scenic route through Idaho each year. All levels of riders will participate with Ride Idaho in a challenging trek through some of Idaho’s most beautiful landscapes and interesting towns.

Many of these towns will benefit immensely from the increase in tourists as they pass through or stay in some of Idaho’s communities while participating in Ride Idaho.
