project receives engineering award
Motorists have been enjoying it for nearly a year; they’ve even started taking it for granted on their daily work commutes or cross-state journeys. But the professional attention continues for the WYE Interchange on Interstate 84 in Boise.
The state’s largest highway construction project recently was listed third in terms of cost in a special publication of the Idaho Business Review. And this week, ITD was notified that The Southern Idaho Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers has honored the WYE Stage 1 and 2 with an Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award.
