Thank you for the excellent tour and presentation of the driver’s license department. You were the only one that put together a written presentation for the delegation from Montenegro, and it was excellent.

Also, for your wonderful staff that made presentations, I don’t want to forget anyone, but will mention these members: Lynn Rhodes, Vicki Fisher, Nancy Becker and Tyler Zundel. What you offered in way of information they (delegation members) need desperately as their country has some of the worst driving habits ever.

Records are almost nonexistent, and there is little enforcement on moving violations, as they don’t have money for gas in the patrol vehicles. With the material you gave them, they will go back with new ideas, and changes will be in the making.

Our sincere thanks to you and all of your wonderful staff members, and to others who made presentations. Thanks for letting us invade their offices and hang over their shoulders to watch the various computer screens while they taught us.
