'Angel' helps deliver restricted license
I have recently had the unpleasant opportunity of trying to assist my son in obtaining a restricted license after his recent arrest for DUI. After having spent the last 30 days arranging transportation for him, we were very anxious to get the restricted license process expedited as soon as possible.

Your employee, Marilyn Thueson, was an absolute angel in assisting us and answering all of our questions. She expedited the paperwork, she was extremely helpful and polite, and the respect and courtesy she showed myself and my son was deeply appreciated.

Although I realize it was probably a "routine" thing for Marilyn, the whole situation has been quite stressful for myself and Dusty, and her assistance helped ease the stress and the tension, which made things a lot better at home.

I just had to take a moment and let you know. Please let Marililyn know how much her assistance was appreciated.
