An aMAYzing offer for all state employees

We see it every day ... of 100 people who reach retirement age –

  • 1 will be wealthy
  • 4 will be financially independent
  • 15 have some savings put aside, but
  • 80 will be dependent on pensions, still working or broke!

There are two main reasons people fall into this last group: 1) They never a make a firm decision not to end up there, and 2) They procrastinate until it is too late.

State employees who sincerely want to beat the odds of landing up in the 80-percent group should begin spring with a purpose and end the year with results. Now is the perfect time to take the first step that can lead to financial independence.

The State of Idaho Deferred Compensation Committee has announced a $50 enrollment incentive for those who choose to participate in the state's Deferred Compensation (457) Plan. For details, open the attachment.

To enroll, complete the enrollment form and give a copy to Human Resources or your respective business manager.
