DoRolCo to sponsor Oktoberfest feed

Two culinary traditions – German Sausages and Idaho potatoes – will merge Thursday (Oct. 5) in a celebration of 2006 Oktoberfest. The event is sponsored by the Headquarters' employee organization DoRolCo.

Free to DoRolCo members, Oktoberfest will feature a menu of German sausage, bratwurst or veggie sausages with condiments, plus chili, pie and beverage. Employees who join the organization also will eat free. Non-members will be charged $4 at the door.

Food will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the break room and courtyard area.

Those who plan to indulge are asked to confirm their sausage choice in advance by selecting the appropriate tab on an e-mail recently distributed by Ron Kerr. No paper tickets will be available, so please confirm your participation in advance.

DoRolCo also will sponsor the 2006 holiday hobby and craft bazaar, Oct. 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Headquarters' lobby. Cost for sellers is $10 per table; 10 percent of the sales will be donated to the Idaho Food Bank. To reserve a table, contact Martin.
