Turning bad situation into a blessing Idaho Transportation Department, I want to let you know what a tarrific employee Tony Rigby is. While we were traveling on I-84 from Utah to Idaho we stopped at the first rest area, and I left my purse. We were in Twin Falls before I discovered I had left it there. We call your department, and not only had they found it but they had locked it up for safe-keeping. Tnoy met us half way the next morning to give my purse back to me. How nice was that? That turned a bad experience into a blessing. Your whole

We don't usually get such outstanding service when we deal with government (or other) agencies; in fact, sometimes we don't get any reply at all! So receiving your e-mail with detailed answers that actually answered my questions was a very pleasant part of my afternoon. I hope everyone in Idaho is as friendly and helpful as you have been.
