I would not have even been able to check into my prepaid hotel or go to the prepaid show I had booked in Las Vegas that weekend without your empathic help. You will be blessed for your kindness. I am sorry that Payless car rental was so uncooperative and gave us the incorrect fax number (their corporate fax number vs. their local fax number) and that it took such a long time (as I had to ask another car rental agency manager for assistance) in order to get a usable fax number in order for you to ensure only I got the copy, I had requested and needed, of my driver’s license. I so appreciate your hanging in there with me, as it really did make a difference having that piece of paper to show to the hotel registration clerk and at will-call to pick up my show ticket. Also I would probably have had a much more difficult time at the airport with TSA. With it, I just had to go through a more detailed screening process, which took more time, but at least I got home. I want you to know that an Allegiant Airline passenger from Springfield, Ill., found my wallet when she got on the plane in Las Vegas and is sending the wallet home to me.
