Human Resources to continue notifying
employees of position openings

Recently, HRS implemented an all-employee e-mail that is generated each time a job announcement is opened. We assured you that we would continue to streamline and improve the process as needed. Our continued intent is to help employees find job opportunities that are aligned with their career path as well as involve them in forwarding job information to friends and family. All-in-all, this process has been successful and we have appreciated employee comments and suggestions regarding this process.

In order to continue the effectiveness of this notification process, HR will be sending one e-mail daily announcing lateral and promotional career opportunities as well as linking to the ITD internet employment site listing ITD open competitive announcements.

We still believe that partnering with our own talented employees will allow more contact with potential job applicants and increase the possibility of more applicants for our agency. We hope you are letting your friends and neighbors know of opportunities to work for ITD.

Human Resources is looking forward to continuing to provide information that will assist both employees and potential job applicants to fulfill their career goals.

We continue to value your thoughts and suggestions and appreciate your feedback on the impact these new approaches are having on you.
