I wanted to express my thanks today for excellent service I received
from Jim Hill.
I have been working on a project in Blaine County that required me to
research a rural road and its implications for zoning. Jim not only
helped me find the data I needed on the ITD Web site, but he also gave
me very useful advice for downloading and using a viewer. When the files
did not work on the Web site, he arranged to have those repaired, and
was polite and helpful each time I called.
I also would like to thank Nathan Jerke for sending me materials and
connecting me with Jim.
It is appreciated.
