ITD selects Brinkman to lead GARVEE Program

“We are pleased to announce that Jason Brinkman has been selected to be the GARVEE Section Manager replacing Nestor Fernandez, ” ITD Deputy Director Scott Stokes said this week.

“Jason comes to the office with a great deal of energy and strategy to guide this program. The GARVEE Program is new to our culture and involves many districts and various divisions,” Stokes said in making the announcement Tuesday. “It is a very challenging and visible endeavor. We are pleased to have Jason lead the ITD effort to make this a positive success and to guide us as we seek to accelerate these projects.”

The appointment is effective immediately.

Stokes asks ITD employees to give Brinkman and the GARVEE program their continued support.

“We greatly appreciate all the work that many of you are currently doing in support of the GARVEE Program and related projects. Your work is greatly appreciated.”
