'Team player' facilitates FHWA agreement

Enclosed is the signed Stewardship and Oversight Agreement between ITD
and FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) Idaho Division. This document
outlines ITD’s responsibilities for all delegated activities and
outlines a consistent risk-based approach for the FHWA Idaho Division
to effectively and efficiently manage public funds and ensure compliance
with applicable laws. It supersedes the prior agreement dated November
2003.
We also want to recognize and express our appreciation to Mr. Randy Gill for his work on the agreement. Mr. Gill is a great team player and really helped to bring this effort to completion. Please convey my compliments and personal appreciation to him.
