DMV provides aid from afar

Ed, I have been working overseas for the past two years and because of that, I have had questions throughout my stint over here. I have extended my driver’s license on two different occasions.

Your department as done an outstanding job by promptly answering my questions and solving a couple of dilemmas in regards to driver’s license extensions.

Lynn Rhodes has, in my mind, went way above and beyond her job description. She has talked with people outside her office on questions regarding payoffs and getting my address changed for an electronic title. She has e-mailed me forms that I was unable to pull up on my own, and again I say her response and attitude was exemplary. She is a credit to herself and your department.
