Patience made CDL process easier
Division of Motor Vehicles,
Just wanted to say how polite and helpful the women at the Bannock St. office were.
When I was going through the process of getting my CDL they were very patient and answered all my questions. They advised me of things I had to get done and when I didn’t understand something they explained it until I did.
It made for an enjoyable experience. I also want to say the lady working the concealed weapon permit was equally nice.
