Great assistance, insight in defense of lawsuit

As you know, the Idaho Transportation Department, Division of Motor Vehicle Services, along with Risk Management and the Office of the Attorney General, recently successfully settled a lawsuit brought against ITD and the Division of Motor Vehicle Services…

As always, all of the staff at ITD were extremely cooperative and provided assistance in the defense of this lawsuit. I must, however, single out two individuals who worked exceptionally hard to make both the defense and settlement of the matter the success it was.

These individuals are Ed Pemble and Hal Putman. Both of these individuals provided great assistance and insight in the defense of this suit and made sure that the Office of the Attorney General and Risk Management understood the nuances of the Drivers Record Program at ITD. Additionally, both individuals provided creativity and valuable assistance with respect to the successful settlement of this suit.
