FHWA names new assistant division administrator
Gus Shanine has been selected to the position of Assistant Division Administrator in the Idaho Division. Gus, a product of the HETP, brings nearly 21 years of FHWA experience to the job.
He has held positions in various offices around the country including Texas, Florida and Georgia, where he is currently the Transportation Manager Team Leader.
Shanine also has been the acting Assistant Division Administrator for the Georgia Division on several occasions and completed a four-month rotational assignment with the Highways for LIFE program.
