DMV rates a 9.99 for customer service

As a retired Idaho magistrate judge and attorney of the older generation, I have been assisting my stepson with this ALS (Administrative License Suspension). As a result I have called your office several times in the last couple of weeks. I wish to say that everyone I have talked to -- Dan Reed and Vicki Fisher, as well as Roxana Marshall many, many times over the years and they have been very pleasant and helpful. Not only were they willing to take the time to answer my questions, but they also offered helpful suggestions.

I could not help but compare the professionalism of your services with a recent contact with your counterpart in Oregon with basically the same questions. Oregon gets a 2 and you guys get a 9;99 (no 10s, sorry).
