Mary Detmar to return as interim Legislative Liaison

We are pleased to announce that Mary Detmar will re-join the ITD staff beginning Tuesday, Aug. 12. Mary will assume the duties of the legislative liaison in an interim capacity until the position is filled, within the next month or so. She will continue to assist the new-hire through the transition to the upcoming legislative session.

Mary will be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Starting Aug. 12, you will be able to reach her at 334-8804. Until that time, or on Mondays and Fridays if you should need assistance, please contact Management Assistant Linda Emry at 334-8810, Director Pam Lowe at 334-8807, or Deputy Director Scott Stokes at 334-8027.

Most of you probably are aware that Mary was with the department for many years. She retired from ITD in 2003 as the manager of the office of Budget, Policy, and Intergovernmental Relations (BPIR), a position she held for eight years.

We are all looking forward to working with her once again. Please join us in welcoming her back to the department.
