Outstanding service for military personnel

Jeanne Purcell,
It has been almost a week since our last communication with one another, however I have finally have time to send a heart felt thank you to you and your staff for outstanding customer service.

It is nice to know and see people out there care and take care of one another, which you and your staff did for me.  You did not have to take the time, but you did.  I wanted to send this email to you and your staff, just to let you know that I greatly appreciate your efforts.  Thank you very much.

Farewell and thanks to DMV

Jeanne Purcell,
I don't know where to begin.  First, you and Barb are two of the most wonderful ladies I have had the pleasure working with and meeting. You both do an outstanding job training.  I wish that Boise was closer - I would love to work with all of you!!

Next, all the other people on the phone - who I never meet in person - however, Deb, Cindy, Susan, Dave, Naomi, and those others I missed never missed a beat with me.  Always friendly, gracious, and willing to go out of there way to help me (especially being a fill-in person) and fix whatever problem there was without an issue!!!

I will truly miss all of you. Thank you for making my job fun and easy!

May the blessing of God be upon you all,

Dawn Kantrud

Cooperation essential for Singapore airmen

Jeanne Purcell,
Please accept my sincere appreciation to you and your office for your assistance in providing driver’s licenses for incoming Republic of Singapore Airmen.

Your cooperation has been essential in providing a smooth and secure process for these airmen. As inhabitants of an island less than 300 square miles in size, these airmen and their families are able to enjoy the natural beauty of Idaho and the hospitality of its residents with their new driver’s licenses.
