Help with complex license greatly appreciated

I am writing this letter in regards to Ms. Julie Gray and Ms. Cindy Francke. These two employees extended themselves in helping me solve a problem regarding my driver’s license renewal.
It was not a simple problem, but between your two employees and Mr. Bill Lee at the Caldwell Driver’s License Office, they were able to solve it.
They could have easily said we cannot help you, like so many people do these days, trying to do as little as possible. But Ms. Gray and Ms. Francke and Mr. Lee truly showed not only empathy for my situation, but did everything they could to help me. I wish that there were more people like these three. I wanted to write this letter to you, not only to let you know of my great appreciation for your employees in helping solve my problem, but also to let you know you have some valuable employees working for you.
I hope that they continue to work for the Idaho Transportation Department because it is hard to find excellent employees like these.
