My name is Felicia Statkus and I work for J-U-B Engineers.  I wanted to e-mail you today to compliment Susan Mulkey.

Over the last few years literally every time our Boise or Nampa offices have requested collision data, (which we use to educate clients or when completing a concept report), Susan responds within a 24-hour turnaround.  This is terrific customer service and it allows us to complete our work tasks quickly and efficiently.

I just wanted to make you aware of how much Roxann Hansen (from our Boise office) and I (from Nampa) enjoy working with Susan and how much we appreciate her responsiveness.
