ITD's Rosti named to lead AASHTO internal review subcommittee

Carolyn (Carri) Rosti recently was appointed to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials subcommittee on Internal/External Audits. AASHTO president Susan Martinovich announced the appointment last week.

Rosti, ITD’s manager of internal review, has been selected to serve a two-year term as the subcommittee's chairwoman. The panel is part of AASHTO's Standing Committee on Finance and Administration.

The subcommittee establishes audit procedures that are sufficiently flexible for use in each department, yet standardized enough to achieve uniformity, and provide member departments alternative solutions for compliance with audit requirements that also meet their individual needs.
