He went way above and beyond any of our expectations and made us feel important and valued. Zane stayed in contact with us and answered all our questions and concerns. He explained each step of the process and always returned our phone calls. From the time we first met Mr. Lathim through the entire process he assured us we could rely on him to help us with anything in regards to the project. Zane has the ability to ensure people understand what’s happening and what’s to be expected. He took the time to explain every step of the process and ensured we understood. Asst. - Office of Highway Operations and Safety, on Feb. 2 at 10:44 a.m. Steve not only answered my question, but went far beyond the requested information and gave me a great deal of additional information. I have as yet to contact any Idaho government office or employee that has not given me great service, and Steve is now at the top of that list.
