Idaho Transportation Board Member DeLorenzo named an IBR "2017 Woman of the Year"
District 3 Idaho Transportation Board member Julie DeLorenzo was recently named one of the 2017 Women of the Year by the Idaho Business Review. DeLorenzo, one of 50 women statewide to receive the IBR honor, has served on the Idaho Transportation Board since March 2012.

New temporary road for Idaho 5 opens early
Completing a new temporary route east of Plummer and west of St. Maries earlier than expected, the Idaho Transportation Department District 1 Office gave motorists a detour around a section of Idaho State Highway 5 recently decimated by moisture under the road and slides.

From the ITD Vault - 20 Years Ago: Nampa-Caldwell Boulevard dedicated
This past Tuesday (Aug. 5) marked the official opening of the $6.34 million reconstructed and realigned Nampa-Caldwell Boulevard from Wilson Drain to Karcher junction. Although the project took just seven months to complete, it took years of effort to get started.
