Department's Focus Areas for 2020 include Ideal Workplace initiative and continuing to deliver on customer expectations
Director Brian Ness has announced ITD’s 2020 Focus Areas, and the list includes both internal and external measures. One of them is the Ideal Workplace initiative, which places a premium on creating an engaging, safe work environment for our 1,600+ employees. The department also is focused on continuing to deliver timely, quality, and cost-effective solutions for customers.
