District 3, and all of ITD, mourn recent loss of Byran Bidegain
ITD’s District 3 lost one of its own while was on the job in Idaho City. Byran Bidegain died Dec. 13 while clearing snow near the small mountain community. Byran was 62 years old and had been with ITD for about five years before his untimely passing.

Broadway Bridge replacement wins Government Leadership Award
ITD's District 3 Office was recognized by COMPASS (Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho) with its 2016 Leadership in Government award for construction of Boise’s Broadway Bridge.

Extreme Weather Reminder
Snowplow drivers get stuck in 65-below-zero temperatures
CODY, Wyo. - A blizzard in the Beartooth Mountains outside Cody trapped snow plow drivers and even the tow truck that came to pull them out. An amazing rescue saved one plow truck driver who spent all night in the cab of his plow.  He survived deadly cold and wind.
