Vault: 1926 Orange Hauler runs afoul of bridge laws, settles legal fees by selling entire load
It was the spring of 1926 with two feet of snow on the ground in the New Plymouth-Caldweil area. Bridges were restricted - no trucks allowed. The driver of a truck filled with oranges tried to cross anyway. We took issue with that - so did the judge.
